Please read these terms carefully before using the VietDating service. By registering an account, you agree to all of the terms below.

1 Article 1: Definitions & Scope of application
1.1. "VietDating" is a premium online dating platform operated by VietDating Co., Ltd., headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
1.2. "Member" means an individual who has registered a valid account on the VietDating platform.
1.3. "Partner" means an individual selected and verified by VietDating to provide companionship services during experience dates.
1.4. "Guaranteed Dating" is VietDating's commitment to ensuring that the meeting takes place successfully, safely and pleasantly.
1.5. "Dating Program" means a structured dating program, including a pre-designed venue, time and activities.
1.6. "Introduction Gift" is the traditional "betel and areca" offering that a matchmaker sends to the other party's family when proposing a meeting on behalf of the "Member".
1.7. Scope: These terms apply to all VietDating services, including the website, mobile applications and all related channels.
2 Article 2: Conditions of service use
You may use VietDating if you meet all of the following conditions:
- → Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- → Be a citizen or lawful resident of Vietnam.
- → Have a valid personal phone number and email address for verification.
- → Not be married or in an exclusive relationship with someone else without having disclosed it.
- → Undertake to provide truthful and accurate information.
- → Not use the platform for any unlawful activities.
VietDating reserves the right to refuse or terminate the account of any member who does not meet the above conditions without prior notice.
3 Article 3: Member accounts
3.1. Registration: Each individual may own only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being locked.
3.2. Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that takes place in your account.
3.3. Profile information: Your profile photo must be a real photo of you. Photos of other people, AI-generated images or misleading images are not permitted.
3.4. Suspension & Deletion: VietDating reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without refunding any transactions still in effect.
4 Article 4: Rights & Obligations of the parties
4.1. Member rights:
- ✓ To have full access to the Partner's profile information before booking.
- ✓ To receive a 100% refund if VietDating cancels the date on the platform's side.
- ✓ To request support at any time during business hours.
- ✓ To have their account and personal data deleted upon request.
4.2. Member obligations:
- ✗ Not to request or provide services beyond the scope of the booked package.
- ✗ Not to film or photograph the Partner without their written consent.
- ✗ Not to share the Partner's personal information on social media in any form.
- ✗ Not to harass, threaten or coerce the Partner into doing anything contrary to the law or the platform's rules.
5 Article 5: Payment & Refund policy
5.1. Payment methods: VietDating accepts payment by bank transfer, e-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay, VNPay) and international credit/debit cards.
5.2. Booking confirmation: A booking is only confirmed after successful payment and once VietDating has sent a confirmation email.

* Cancellations made by VietDating or the Partner: 100% unconditional refund.
6 Article 6: Disclaimer & Dispute resolution
6.1. VietDating shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service beyond the platform's reasonable control.
6.2. VietDating does not guarantee that the service will operate continuously without interruption caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, technical failures beyond our control).
6.3. Complaints: All disputes must be submitted to our support team by email at support@vietdating.vn within 7 days of the date of the incident.
6.4. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be brought before the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in accordance with current Vietnamese law.
6.5. Changes to the terms: VietDating may update these terms at any time. Members will be notified by email at least 7 days before any change takes effect.
